The Family Rooms are nestled inside a 10 acres fo lush green CoffeeEstates.
A perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate in midst of nature with your loved ones. The place is apt for large groups of family, friends and colleagues.

The Family Room is surrounded with coffee estates. The beds provided are comfy with King-size & single cot accommodation for members. All Family rooms are with attached bathrooms to enable a comfortable stay. Pickup and drop are available near the family rooms for travellers to facilitate easy movement to explore the surrounding locales at their own convenience.
Dedicated staff to cook and clean. Ample common areas to relax both indoors & outdoors equipped with lots of games and books. We also have a Refrigerator for the use of our guests.
At CoffeeBean Villa 3 is a company and 7 is a carnival. So, hop in without giving any second thought!
The Family rooms are of two types: 1) Family Twin-Double Balcony Room & 2) Family cottage room.
Family Twin-Double Balcony Room:
It is situated on the first floor of the homestay .Offers a breathtaking view of the coffee- plantations and the mountains. Provides for a umbrella & a patio sitout next to the giant Christmas tree. It has a max occupancy of 7 and minimum 5. There are 2 washrooms and bathrooms for usage.
Family-Cottage Room:
It is situated on the ground floor of the homestay. Offers a view of the coffee-plantations There are 2 family cottage room which combined can accommodate upto 15 people .It has a max occupancy of 7 and minimum 5. There are 2 washrooms and bathrooms for usage.
Family Twin-Double Balcony Room
- Located in the first floor of the homestay.
- Offers view of Mountain and CoffeeEstates.
- Provides a sit out with a Umbrella Patio in the balcony
- Accommodates: 11 people. Extra 1 single cot can be arranged. Max Occupancy: 12
- The Balcony Room is a 2 BHK duplex room having a twin double room and 1 living room.
- The rooms are having attached washroom with western toilets.
- King Beds: 2 Single Cots: 7
- Suitable for Large Families or Friends/Colleagues who are above 8 people and above
- Note:It has steep stairs to the top from Inside and it is difficult for aged people above 75+ with no wheelchair accessibility.
- Provided privately for 1 single group of above 8 people.

The space:
Family Rooms is nestled inside coffee-estates and is within a 20-45 min reach to Sakleshpur, Belur, Chickmangalur a perfect base to explore the western ghats, or just curl up with a book, with your loved ones to relax, rejuvenate and remake special memories.
Clarification: A private Family room will be provided to only one travelling group there is no sharing with other groups.
We have hot water facilities for the bath and there are separate independent washrooms and bathroom for both Family rooms.
Family cottage rooms has a sit-out with table arrangements to quietly unwind for the day with a book or engage in some long memorable conversation with your loved ones having food .
Twin-Double Balcony Rooms is located in the first floor offers view of coffee-estates and has a patio umbrella sitout next to the giant christmas tree.
Other things to watch out for:
Guests can have a tour of the whole house, coffee estate and understand the coffee lifecycle from the plucking of the cherry to the processed hot piping coffee. Separate trips will be organised at your convenient time to the coffee estates.
To explore the place cycles can be utilized to venture inside the coffee- estates. Trekking inside the coffee-estate at our place is the most adventurous thing to unwind from the city life. We offer jeep ride activity in morning to a private water stream and dam backwaters ,you can play in the water and while away some time it is a 2 hrs activity.
